Rethabile Mathabathe-Møller holds an MBA from Copenhagen Business School, and a law degree from WITS University in Johannesburg.

She has experience working in international and dynamic environments, including in The Netherlands and South Africa, including as Business Development Manager and a corporate commercial attorney and as legal counsel at EDF Energies Nouvelles.

Rethabile also has extensive experience liaising and managing business relationships with a broad range of stakeholders and blue chip clients within highly regulated environments.

In 2017 Rethabile founded MM Capital Holdings and over the years she has obtained

extensive transaction, fundraising and deal structuring experience within the automotive,

engineering, renewable energy and fintech space and she has strong relationships within the South African financial sector.

She currently holds the following qualifications: MPhil, MBA, LLB, BA (Political Science)
